Hi!
First of all, love your Pundit theme! I am beta testing it on a test blog and I had a few questions if I could?
1. I am trying to figure out how to add a header but for some reason it won’t work?
2. There looks like code in the header for an RSS feed, but there are not any tags or images associated with it anywhere.
3. How can you add a banner in the header to the right? I can’t seem to place it to show.
4. If I wanted the logo to take up the entire header centered how can that be accomplished?
I am a novice at code so I apologize but I really want to put your theme to good use because it really does look great!!!

by logo do you mean the name of the site or a graphic?

revised zip of theme at bottom of post.
I’ve added an RSS link in the sidebar, an add div at the top,insert your own affiliate code there, this can be in the header itself by uncommenting the first ad_banner code in the style sheet and commenting out the current one.
in the style sheet you will see this

upload your logo graphic, change the name and/or extension and it will automatically center.

Sorry but it’s me again
I have everything in place, but I noticed that in ie7 it does not show the page correctly. It only shows the title of the first post, then nothing else?? I ran it in browsershots and it looks the same in ie5.

Well, I see the code for previous and next posts in the index, but it does not seem to be working.
SOS donot work with Ie6
yet : the first version 1.2 in wp site is good one for Ie7/6 and now i get my site name in the head, not with this version here !

a little draft, the first time i do that in my life… now about near finish…
1. Searchform.php seems to be missing. Where can I get it.
2. The background under content/features/sidebars shows up if content and sidebars are not the same size. How and where would you make a dive to put my own color behing these two columns.

Searchform is not required the searchbar is coded into the sidebar. If you want to change the location simply copy and paste the code to the new location.
I’m not sure what you mean with your second question but if you mean where do you change the dark gray colour it is here

I get an error when I do a search and it does not find the search. What was searchform.php intended for.
I changed the color of the wrap, When the columns are different sizes. I want a border the color of the wrap, and a white space filling down to the end of the larger column. Do you thing is is best/easier to add an extra div, or maybe a border on the wrap.
Look at http://www.featherly.com. I think the columns of different sizes looks sloppy with my changes.
Could you post the way your search code looks on the sidebar right now? Searchform is this which is coded into the sidebar in this theme

If you want everything to look totally uniform regardless of column height set wrap and feature backgrounds to #fff that will make everything white and column lengths disappear.

I got the background close the way I want it, I need to work on the sidebars.
The site looks different on safari on a Mac than Opera, chrome, I.E, and firefox. Think it is a SAafari bug?

Can I creat a new sperate Post page for users to put their own posts. I want to keep these from appearing on the home blog post page.

Please tell me how do I find the proper category # to put in the scrypts to put post to that category? Also hao do I find the proper page # as well?
Is the category # the order number it is listed on the page ie: 1, 2, 3, etc. Page is the same?
to find the category number go to Categories and mouse over the name of the category you want. In IE the number will show in alt in FF the number will show in the bottom browser bar.

I tried to add a log to the header and did not work. I deleted the code for the logo now the background in the header is GRAy! NOT White. I want to get it back to white. DId I delete a code for this?

All of sudden my fonts in my posts will not publish in Bold if I choose to use this as they appear in the edit Post page. Any ideas why?
My posts do not publish with letters in Bold as they appear on m y edit page. When I publish my ost the fonts are all the same. Any ideas, Is is WordPress?

The theme shouldn't affect one way or another whether you can have bold text. Perhaps a plugin is interfering with your post formatting.
Hi! I love your theme. I'm new to Word Press and plodding my way through it w/the Dummies book and becomeablogger.com. But I am having trouble figuring out how to put an image in the "About the Author" part at the bottom of the first page. Can you please help?
rename the image you want to use to author.gif. Now upload it to the theme images file. Now it should show automatically.
I am having a hard time getting my photo to show up in the about the author section at the bottom of each page. The photo appears with my posts but not on the bottom of the page. Any ideas how to fix?

1.Can we create our own header and include in it a “site search” (instead of where it is currently illustrated) ?
2. Can the right hand column have content and widgets placed to lend the appearance of 3 columns?
3. Can rolling text be added… and easily modified?
4. Can I add video?
5. Can we speak real-time? You have my email address… if you send me a note, I can respond with my phone number
